Room was nice enough, the location is why I picked the hotel and I didn’t use the parking ..not too far from the hotel there’s a lot of restaurants and transportation to take you to many iconic LA sights . The staff is pleasant and I was welcomed warmly. Catch buses number 16 outside the hotel and you’re in The Grove outdoors Mall. Walk up third street in the Fairfax area , so many great cafes and restaurants. If you have the energy, walk up La Cienega to Sunset blvd and dine at famous Sunset Plaza , or bus #18 takes you to Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive . From the hotel walk up to The Walt Disney concert Hall or Chinatown. Or even Bodega Louie off Olive st. So much to do ..visit the Biltmore hotel at Pershing Square .

Smooth check-in, arrivied before stated check-in time but was no hastle. Comfortable room, a bonus was the city view. Plenty of space for lots of luggage. Spacious bathroom. Used the pool and loved it. No problem storing luggage after checking out. Didn’t eat or drink any so have no saying about breakfast etc. Seems to be plenty pf restaurants spread out on different levels in the facility. Close to some coffe and food places in the Financial District (walking distance). Pretty easy to walk to Grand Central Market.

The staff was amazing from our first encounter with front desk staff Alberto to the valets. The lady in the gift shop put off closing the gift shop to help my husband that came in at closing time, this is a great example of good customer service. I loved the beautiful city view, we went to sleep looking out over the beautiful city of LA and woke to the calm of a busy city before it got started for the day.

April

I had issues with room bookings through booking.com and upon arrival I was helped immediately and refunded on the extra room I was wrongfully booked and charged for. It set the tone for our entire trip in such a great way! THANK YOU!!

Devin

The parking was convenient but little pricey seeing that I was just getting a ride to the airport from a family member who lives in the area. They had to pay to park to come up while I gathered my belongings for the airport.
